War Memorials Trust Conference – no councillors wished to attend.

Mobile Services Seminar – it was agreed that the Clerk would attend to meet with the Post Office.

Norfolk RCC – The Council did not wish to take up membership of this organisation.

Breckland Blitz – it was decided that there was not a problem in the village, so we would not take part.

Local Development Framework

 

 

a)

Settlement Boundary.  The meeting was given an update from the meeting with the Planning Authorities.  The differences of views between the Parish Council and the Planners were reviewed.  The next steps were with the Planners.  Further discussion may take place, and would be reported.

The light at the end of Walnut Place had been repaired - eventually.

Planning

 

 

a)

Old Farm.  Application rejected due to Stone Curlew regulations.

 

 

b)

3 Elm Place – Application approved by the Parish Council.
