Parish Newsletter.  The proposal from Foulden PC to have a joint newsletter with several other villages was discussed.  A volunteer will be needed to take part in the initial discussions, and it was decided that those present would see if they could find a suitable volunteer.

War Memorial Playing Fields.  The playing field in the village was not War Memorial related.  The Clerk would respond to the request for information.

Local Development Framework

Settlement Boundary.  A meeting to discuss this is being held at the Ecotech Centre on the 19th January.  Cllr Monson informed the Parish Council that the planners were trying to reduce the size of Settlement Boundaries which would stifle growth and new housing.  This was contrary to the wishes and the proposals put forward by the Parish Council.  The Parish Council would make its views known at the meeting.

Councillors wishing to attend the meeting were Cllrs Brooks, Boughen, Melhuish, and Scotney.  The Clerk would also attend and provide details to those attending.
