a)

Annual Budget 2010/2011. The budget was proposed by Cllr Boughen and seconded by Cllr Sutterby. It was unanimously approved. Clerk to submit Precept requirement.

b)

Poppy Appeal Collector. Cllr Sutterby generously volunteered to take up this role in the Parish. Clerk to provide details.

c)

The absence of road signage at the junction at Cricketers Hill was reported to have led to several near misses. Clerk to report.

d)

The lights in Bartlett's were shining on the back of the houses at the east end of the Street. Clerk to write to Bartlett's.

e)

The sign at the end of Clarkes Lane was obscured by hedges. Clerk to ask Highways to address.

f)

Bartlett's lorries are still going through the village despite the letter from the Clerk. No response was being received from Bartlett's, however the Clerk would write to them again.
