Minutes of Last Meeting - Were approved as a fair reflection of the meeting with the Chairman duly authorised to sign to confirm this.

Matters Arising - The 2008/9 Financial Statements had been audited internally and externally and approved.

Reports

a)

Fen Charity - Roger Adcock reported that the charity had raised some £4,124 and this would be distributed during the coming week.

b)

Amenities Committee – Maeveen Scotney reported that the balances held totalled some £1,984.43p.  Interest earned during the year amounted to £29.10.  No applications for funding had been received during the year.

c)

Gooderstone School - Mr David Baldwin presented the school's report (see attached).

d)

Play Equipment Group. – Mr Ian Chandler reported that the Group still had 8 active core members although would welcome more.  The goal posts had been installed during the year.

The equipment was in a good state of repair and was being inspected in accordance with legal requirements.  Finances were stable with sufficient income to meet present needs.  He did note that as the equipment aged, then inevitably some repairs would be required, so some additional funding might then be needed.
