a) |
The purchase and installation of the rubbish bin outside the school is still awaiting return of Planning permission |

The Poppy Wreath was placed on the War Memorial on the 11th November |

Elm Place Chalk Pit fence. This has continued to deteriorate. Clerk to liaise with Latimer Estates to try to find a solution |

Completion of Annual Audit – the notice had been displayed for the required period |

Register of Electors – all councillors had received their copy |

Litter picking service – clerk had written and declined the offer |

Foulden Road edges and drainage – it was reported that this work should be undertaken by the Highways authority within the next 6 weeks |

Foulden Road village sign – this had been ordered by the Highways authority and should be in place in the next month |

Water on road at the bridge at the west end of The Street – it was reported that there was no existing drainage design for this area. The Highways authority were designing a system, to include the junction with Chalk Row, and once approved would implement it to try to solve this problem |

Bartlett’s hedge. The precise location of the overgrowing hedge was identified – the Clerk to contact Bartlett’s and ask them to cut it |
