Reports

a)

Fen Charity – Report supplied by R Adcock on behalf of the trustees.  There are 33 beneficiaries each now receiving £125 each.

b)

Amenities – The attached report was presented by K Clement.

c)

Gooderstone School – Mr Chalkley, Governor of the School advised that pupil numbers remained approximately the same.  He also advised that the Head teacher had accepted a position at another school and that the Governors were actively looking for a replacement.  It is likely that a temporary head will be required for the Autumn term.

d)

Play Equipment Group – AGM held in April. All equipment appears to be in order with the next official inspection due next month.  Fund raising via the lotto bonus ball is running smoothly.  Report made by K Clements.

Annual reviews

a)

Parish Pit rents  - No increase in rent proposed by Mr A Adcock, Seconded by Mrs Sutterby and unanimously agreed.

b)

Chalk Row Pit rent – No increase in rent proposed by Mr A Adcock, Seconded by Mrs Sutterby and unanimously agreed.

c)

Parish Council Properties.  Remain unchanged with insurance renewal to be discussed in the business meeting, which follows the Annual Meeting.
